Our aim is to accommodate the appointment needs of our patients and provide an efficient service. A failure to attend/late cancellation policy is employed to facilitate access to our services and minimise delays. If a patient fails to attend an appointment, or cancels an appointment without providing notice of at least 1 working day (24 hours), a charge of £1 per minute of the missed appointment will be incurred (i.e. a 30 minute missed appointment will incur a £30 charge).
We understand that emergencies can still occur, and if this arises we will take these into consideration on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the practice.
